September 14, 2011
This weeks’ giveaway comes from a self proclaimed organizing junkie… Laura Wittmann. Laura is an author and blogger of “I’m an organizing junkie” who is passionate about sharing her organizing tips and tricks.  She is the reason I became so interested in organizing my own home.  I have been a reader of her blog for about 3 years and love visiting it every day.

  1. I am a follower of your blog from Japan! We just moved here almost 2 months ago, and I’m having to redo the way I organize the house. I’m in a Japanese home that is not set up the same way as an American home, so it’s been a lot of work getting settled. I am not yet very organized. I also shared about your blog on my blog. I love reading your stuff. I have made a home management binder that I use everyday and love it!

My office needs some major organization! I have a scrapbooking desk, along with my sewing machine in there, and it is the room that we store, well basically everything in!

  68. Joan J says:

After decades of being disorganized, I am happy to declare myself a fairly organized person, but still have “problem areas” that need work. The first to come to mind is p.a.p.e.r! Having switched to a wireless laptop, I got rid of my clutter-catching desk — but now find paper piles land on my kitchen table! I really need a “process” of handling all types of paper.

    BIG fan of orgjunkie.com!

  69. I have one room in the house that is the “Catch All Room” If the item doesn’t have a home and I don’t want to find it one while cleaning the house, that’s where it goes. I need help with my pantry!!

  71. Ginny says:

  72. Amy says:

Happy Wednesday! The room in our house that needs an intervention would def be our bonus room/playroom. We moved into a new house at the end of July and things are a MESS with the kids’ toys and books! We would love lots of neat ideas for kid-friendly storage!

  73. Hi, I am a follower of ABFOL

As a mother of 6 kids and counting I need help in EVERY area, lol!!! Seriously though, there are a few that are beyond what I can do alone. Those areas are digital media (documents and photographs), hard copy docs (finanical, legal, medical, && kids stuff), and storage things (craft stuff, holiday itmes, && organizing saved clothing)… I could continue the list but those are the areas that are in extreme choas for the mere quanity of things I have per category!!! *sigh*

Thank you for the opportunity to “WIN” a book!!!
