It has arrived…

July 26, 2012
If you have been a reader of my blog for any amount of time, you know that I have a crazy addiction to planners.  I’ve tried to get help, but there is no helping me.  🙂  SOOO, my new planner has arrived!  Yay… happy dance… pop open the wine bottle… throw the confetti!
I’m calling it my “getting ready for an organized school year” planner. Its by the iconic planner creater, Erin Condren.  I am still using my Martha Stewart planner for my “to do’s, blog ideas, etc… but I wasnt crazy with only having the “month” as a calendar. I like to use the daily pages that Erin Condren offers. So back to Erin I go, until I find something that works better.
Doesn’t it look lovely on my door step?
Oh, I definitely will enjoy!
This year, Erin offers some matching colorful pens to go with the planner. Oh yay!
Some much needed changes from last years edition…
1.  Wire spiral binder rings.
2. Laminated monthly tabs.
3. Colorful pens (additional cost).
4. New rainbow colorful design!
5. Cute ruler page finder.
 Oh happy day!
Have a great day!

I also use an EC planner. I just can’t use electronic planners. I have mine all filled out and ready to go at the beginning of August. Everyone in my family is color-coded so it makes it a breeze to track. I love mine!

I bought this last year…but I don’t love it. It’s pretty…but it doesn’t work great for me. I love the look of those pens though!!! 🙂

  5. Yes, those changes were needed! I thought I wasn’t gonna get another one, but I may have to reconsider. Btw, does this mean you’re no longer using the Martha Stewart planner you bought a little while back?

In saying that I didn’t love my planner…I must say that Erin is very good at marketing her product!!! Your post prompted me to go check out her site again (because I love the look of the pens)…so of course I watched the new video…and I totally want a new planner!!! Even though I don’t really use the one I have now!! I love the love of it…but it doesn’t do everything I want…and I just hate having more than one planner on the go. And I also love the new planner purse. Oh dear….what to do…what to do. haha

I’ve been using EC planners for three years. Every year has been changed. I don’t like last year version. I ended up bought Laurel Denise planner earlier this year and loving how it organize differently then EC. But now I have to rethink about getting EC planner because of new changes look better. Hard to make choice EC or Laurel Denise if she release 2013 planner.

I TOTALLY have a planner and address book from them! You may ask: they gave me $25 to use as a giveaway on my blog. 🙂

I brought the EC planner last year and It is great but it cost me a fortune as I live in Australia ($100 after posting) really didn’t suit me as all the holidays are obviously american, and I did find it too large to just throw in my bag. So this year I will be looking for something a little closer to home 🙂

I love the ruler and colored pens — definitely worthwhile additions to my current planner!

Just bought one. I lost my ability to organize when I had kids. I need to get back on track.

I am going on my 3rd year of using an EC planner. I love it! I actually just ordered my new planner a few days ago and can’t wait until it arrives! I am ready to plan for next year. I have a few notes pages in my current planner to remind me of things for next year already!

The martha stewart planner does have weekly pages like the EC one, but they’re only available online. 🙂

  22. mary norville says:

What planner are you using now. Are you still using Martha Stewart.

  23. JR Rosales says:

@Toni – what is your view about EC weekly schedule pad and the monthly desk pad? Which is better? Thanks!
