One Project at a Time: 11/12/13

November 12, 2013

As I think ahead to the holiday season, it can seem over-whelming to imagine getting everything checked off the ‘to do’ list. From menu planning to decorating and everything in between, hosting a holiday gathering can be quite a tall order for even the most experienced hostess.

Pinterest can feel a bit daunting at times but this link party, to me, seems like just the right fit! I would love for you all to join in the fun of sharing your tips and tricks, recipes, decorating style and so much more. The links you all share are full of some really fantastic ideas!  If this is your first time joining us, you’re welcome to link your blog up to ours, under just about any category; cleaning, DIY projects, decorting, organizing, recipes and everything in between!  Each week, I feature a few of my favorite links from the previous week, so I invite you to put your best foot forward and share your passion with me.

Favorite Link Ups:

Just recently, ABFOL’s contributor, Clean Mama shared a post with three simple steps for washing your pillows  so when I came across Aimee’s blog It’s Overflowing and her post on cleaning your mattress, sofa and sofa cushions, I just knew I needed to share it with you all! With just a few, simple ingredients, your fabrics will be guest-ready fresh in no time.

With the holidays comes traveling. It can be hectic trying to remember all the little things, extra things and everything in between. To help you get ready for your holiday traveling, I had to share Wendy’s post on packing toiletries. You can click <HERE> to check out her full post over at Pretty Well Organized.

I hope these two posts have encouraged you to get ready for the holiday season! Now it’s your turn. Please, grab a button and link up.

  1. Thank you for hosting so faithfully each week, Toni and Rachel! I love the inspiration that comes from this party!

  2. Thanks for hosting. Started my Christmas decorating buy taking DGS with me to buy bulbs and soil (and to watch the Koi in the fish pool at the garden shop). We planted, watered and are watching to see when the green tips start.

  8. I must be really tired, but I’ve tried on two different browsers, and I don’t see the linky for the party. I see other comments, so I know it must be here somewhere. I’ll try again later. (I must be sleep deprived.)
