One Project at a Time 9/16/14

September 16, 2014

Welcome back to our link party! I hope the past week brought new memories, delightful experiences, successful adventures and so much more. I enjoy having the chance to catch up with you all as you share your latest DIY projects, recipes, organizing tips, cleaning strategies, crafts and so much more. Today is your day so share your most exciting moments as you link up. I simply ask that you grab a button before you do so that your readers will know about the party.

If you don’t have a blog, that’s OK. You’re invited to enjoy all the blogs linking up. You never know when you’ll find a great piece of inspiration, an ‘aha’ moment for decorating that trouble spot in your home or a new recipe that is bound to be your families new favorite. I would love for you to leave a comment letting me know which link up is YOUR favorite from this weeks party.

TONI’S PICK:

A command center can be an enormous asset to any family, no matter how big or small. A well organized center can keep a family focused, unified and on top of each day or week and all that is need of being accomplished.  Frequently command centers are seen in kitchens, mud rooms or offices. Abby, from Just A Girl and Her Blog, caught Toni’s eye with her command center located right next to the door. What a great way to allow for a quick glance as the family speeds out the door to soccer practice or as you run errands while the kids are at school. You’ll want to check out this POST to see all the lovely details.

RACHEL’S PICK:

As a mom of four kids, ages 3, 4, 6 and 7, I may be understating myself when I say I long for those snippets of time when I can focus on just me. To spend a day at the spa just isn’t a reality for me (yet) and so I love it when I find ways to pamper myself at home. Needless to say, when I saw THIS fun DIY recipe for a natural face mask, I knew I had found my favorite! Thanks to Kate at The Organized Dream, I’ll be pampering myself in the comfort of my own home whenever the chance presents itself. If you’re like me and in need of some ‘me’ time, but sure to stop by her blog and make sure to tell her ABFOL sent you!
