Hi, I saw a blog post you did way back in 2011 entitled day 9-Getting organized challenge (Toy room) I really liked the media console, or hutch you have so I scrolled through the comments to see if anyone asked where you got it from and they did! You responded that they came from Home Depot but I’m wondering if you can be a little more specific in what you purchased from home depot. Are these one unit, cabinet and shelf or did you use kitchen wall cabinets and put some sort of top on them and then set shelving units on them? Thanks!

Hello, I would really love to join your challenge. I don’t have a house. I live in a room as a tenant in somebody’s house. So I have to pack everything in the room. There is one closet and two chests of drawers but I have a lotttttt of stuff. It just overwhelms me and stresses me out. And even if I clean, it gets messy again as I don’t keep up with the regular cleaning due to life distractions. I have tried so many things to get into a habit of regular cleaning regimen, but its something that I have not had success with so far. At the same time, I love clean spaces and how peaceful they make me feel. It is my laziness and procrastination that keeps me from keeping my room clean. I really hope that I will get a chance to join your challenge. Do one need to live in a house with many rooms to participate in your challenge?
    Thank you.

I love your site. Thank you for putting so much into this for the good of others. I have tried many times to subscribe for e-mails from the site but must be doing something wrong. I have never received any e-mail updates or anything. Can you help me out with this? want to follow with you for 2016.

Do I need to sign up somewhere to join the challenge? I don’t want to miss out on any of it as we purchased a new home last April and want and need to set up something to keep our home in tip top shape. Our rental home prior to becoming *Homeowners* was a MESS! ! I don’t have social media, (Yes, that may be a shocker to most) so no FB to follow. .. (I like to not worry or waste time on other’s issues, and focus on my family and all our chaos. I’m glad I found your blog, back to my question. .do I need to officially sign up somewhere? Thanks! !

  15. Danielle says:

I have a closet with some shelves no bar to hang things. My dresser is busting at the drawers with clothes. Can you help out with organization for those who can’t hang clothes?

Also organize on a budget? I see you have lots of baskets and canvis bins but they are expensive. Even at the $1 store. What can you suggest for those who cant afford the nic naks you have for organization.

This will be my 1st time doing your challenge and my cousin referred me to your site. We are doing the challenge together.

    Thanks!
