One project at a time… Tuesday Link Party. (Decorating with chalkboard paint)

{Chalkboard decor}

Chalkboards are all the rave these days.  You can find them in every room of the house and on every surface.  I love how they look and they are fun to doodle on.  These chalkboards were gathered from my pins on my pinterest board
(you can find the source of them all on my pinterest
). Once we get moved, I am dedicating an entire wall (like the one in the first picture) to a chalkboard.  I also love the wall clock. It gives it a little vintage charm.

You can visit my pinterest board here.  I would love to have you as my friend. 🙂

Do you decorate with chalkboards or chalkboard paint?  Link up and share with us.  Don’t have any chalkboards?  What other projects have you been working on?

Button love.

  1. Thanks for hosting! I can’t wait to see everyone elses! I love chalkboards.

    I’ve got some ceramic/glass chalk paint which you can paint onto cups or glass, fire in the oven and then write on so I was thinking about just upcycling and old photo frame, painting the glass, and making one that way. My only concern is how the chalk works on the board. I hate it when it comes out greasy and you can hardly see it. Otherwise I’ll invest in those chalk markers which look amazing!

    I painted a chalkboard on the wall as you are about to go into my garage. I keep all our important dates on it. It works great if I remember to look at it!!!
    Thanks for hosting the party!

    I love a chalkboard wall! If I received more sunlight in my home I’d paint a full wall with chalkboard paint, but I did paint my fridge with it….and love it.
