BISSELL Symphony “One Step Challenge”…

April 8, 2014

Tired of constantly pulling out the broom, dustpan, mop and bucket to clean up messes in your home?    I am too — so I decided to take the BISSELL Symphony™ “All-in-One” Vacuum & Steam Mop One Step Challenge this month (Bissell Homecare, Inc).   I was given the challenge to clean up our family’s messes with the BISSELL Symphony™ “All-in-One” Vacuum & Steam Mop (instead of dragging out all of those cleaning supplies).   Keep reading to see how it works and see my results from the one step challenge.  Im also giving away 2 of these beauties, so scroll away.

MY CHALLENGE RESULTS:

  • It took a few messes to retrain my brain to grab the BISSELL instead of the usual supplies, but after I got used to it, the BISSELL became my new best friend.
  • The set up only took me a few seconds.  The steam was ready in 30 seconds (nice!).
  • It’s super easy to use and clean up. It was much easier to fill & use, than the typical bucket & mop and even easier then mixing up and adding cleaners to a spray mop.
  • My floors appeared cleaner with this method of cleaning vs. a broom and mop.
  • I saved money because I didn’t need to use cleaners.
  • It’s healthier for my pets.
  • Overall, I’m happy with this product and I highly recommend it to others.

This would be a Godsend for me, since it is difficult for me to clean because of some health issues, it would take less time and be so much cleaner!

  8. T. Wimes says:

I don’t tweet either and don’t want to create an account just to enter contests. Too bad it’s not open
    to everyone.

  9. Monica G says:

This would be perfect for my 84 Year old Dad. His tile floors are always full of dog hair and paw prints. He sweeps then mops his floors all by him self. Thanks!

  10. This would be a God send for me! I am 65 arthrithic with all hardwood floors. I spend my days sweeping or mopping then going over the floors with the vacuum and then mopping them with the bucket of hot water and a wrung out mop. We have had a hard winter and I can not stand to have my kitchen/lounge floor dirty with grit and ice melt and who knows what else that gets tracked in on shoes, and paws no matter how good everyone wipes their feet. we even spent $200 on a 10 foot long top of the line lindustrial mat for the garage so that everyone could walk across it before they came into the house. it helped but was not perfiect. I would love one one these, If I don’t win one, how much are they and when can I purchase one?

  11. Jen says:

I don’t tweet, but would love to win this Bissell! I was considering buying a Shark floor steamer because my Swiffer Wet Jet just doesn’t cut it. With two kids and a dog, the floor’s always a mess! You would be doing me a huge favor! Thank you!

  12. Teri Gregg says:

This would be perfect for cleaning all of my hardwood floors!

  23. Sharon Eberlin says:

Please enter me. Does this work on laminate?

  24. Debra says:

This page will not let me get beyond the Tweet entry. I don’t Tweet, so how do I enter? It seems unfair to only have Tweet entries. What are the other 6 ways to enter as stated?

    • Rachel says:

The rafflecopter was set up by Bissel and we are unable to change the order they are in. Unfortunately, this will mean you are unable to unlock the other steps if you don’t first tweet about the give away.

  25. Jill says:

    Thank You!

  26. Rona says:

Gosh this would be awesome! I have tons of laminate flooring that NEEDS this Bissell! PS: Love your website, it’s full of so many ideas!

  27. Deb S. says:

  28. Emily says:

I would love to win this! We just bought our first home and with a 6 year old and an 8 month old there are tons of messes and lots of cleaning! In addition we were blessed with twins on the way! Would love to have something that has a great performance and gets the job done without the harsh chemicals and in less time!

  29. Angela says:

I would also like to enter, but have Facebook, not Twitter. Can’t get past the Twitter page to unlock any other ways to enter.

  30. Melissa says:

I’m not a tweeter, too bad the giveaway isn’t open to all as I’d love the chance to enter as it looks like lots of the others would too!

  31. Julie F says:

Thanks for the giveaway. This looks like a magic wand for cleaning!

  32. L Frazee says:

    Thanks for the opportunity!

  33. Shirley says:

It seems like 90% of us do not use Twitter…why not change the way we can enter? I have never seen a Rafflecopter where you have to utilize a certain method in order to unlock the other ways of entering. Really dumb way of doing a giveaway!

    • Rachel says:

the rafflecopter was set up by Bissel and not something we have any control over. I’m sorry if you aren’t able to enter, hopefully our next give away will be one that interests you and you’re able to enter.

  34. Stephanie says:

Looks like I need one of these!!!

  35. Debbie says:

It’s not letting me enter….just keeps saying loading. I would love to win one of these.

    • Nancy McManus says:

Won’t let me enter either. After it took my name and email, ingot a prompt that said, “This contest is no longer accepting entries.” Not comfortable.

      • Toni says:

I will notify the company about this. Sorry. Im not sure whats going on. It should be working.

  36. noone says:

I noticed you didn’t use the Bissell to vacuum up the bread pieces, they were already removed from your test. Does this mean the Bissell cannot vacuum large pieces like that? So there really is still a two-step process in some cases?

  37. Crystal says:

Not into twitter, but this would be a great addition to my cleaning routine!

  38. debra says:

Was there ever a winner picked?

    • Rachel says:

The winner was announced in the rafflecopter on the original ‘give away’ post.
